Below is some information that you may not have received at closing.
We have a neighborhood trash company that everyone is required to use. Advance Disposal , they have given us a neighborhood discount rate of $36 a quarter/$12 a month. Please sign up with them. Please join our private Facebook page “Shakerag Farms Neighbors” this is a great resource page for our neighborhood. We post events, updates and any theft activity.
Our covenants is listed on our website at www.shakeragfarms.net but we have a few basic regulations listed below:
- Every home is required to hire a professional weed control company
- No Sheds, No canopies permitted
- Only Bermuda grass is allowed
- No Rocks are permitted for landscaping, only mulch or pine straw is allowed
- Swing-sets must have board approval first
- Always submit an ACC form to the HOA board for any exterior changes to the home example: painting, fence staining, new fence, landscaping changes and more. Please visit our website to get the form. You must receive board approval.
