Approved Colors

ONLY colors from this list will be approved 

• Approval will be provided within 30 business days and be based on the surrounding homes

The Siding color in the palette will be used for all siding material on the home. All houses will have horizontal lap siding or Shake siding in the front.

The Trim color is for all window trim, corner boards, skirt boards, front door trim, vents, columns, and porch trim, gutters.

The garage doors must be painted the same as the trim Color!

The Accent Color is for shutters, front door. Accent colors may only be used on the metal roof if it is a dark brown, black, or charcoal color -otherwise the metal roof must be black.
